June is almost upon is, and with it comes warmer weather for exploring outdoors. So outdoor enthusiasts get ready, because there are not one, but three free Washington State Park Days this June. Here’s when you can hit the trails for free.

On these select days next month, visitors can access state parks without requiring a Discover Pass, which is usually required for vehicle access to state recreation lands. This allows visitors to explore the natural beauty of the parks at no cost!

“Free days apply only to day use (not overnight stays or rented facilities),” says Washington State Parks. “Free days are valid at state parks and Washington State Departments of Natural Resources and Fish & Wildlife lands.”
