Waterfront Toronto is hosting the free one-hour boat tours and you’ll learn a thing or two as well.

While onboard, Waterfront Toronto will show you the vision for the “future of the waterfront – with pictures – and guests will see some of the amazing things that can be done through a model of collaboration with our public and private sector partners.”

On the tour, the guide will point out key places along the water’s edge from Portland Slip through to the Port Lands and provide insights into the history of Toronto’s waterfront.

That’s not all, there will be information on the revitalization of the waterfront, which is currently underway.

The tours will be facilitated by Toronto Harbour Tours, departing from 145 Queens Quay West at 11:15 AM and 12:15 AM starting May 29th.

You’ll need to register for the tours and show your ticket at the Waterfront Toronto flag near the ticket box to gain entry to the tour for the date and time you select.

At the end of the ride, passengers will be dropped off where they boarded.

The dates that are currently available to sign up for are May 29th, June 19th, July 13th and August 17th.

Hit the water and have fun on the free boat tours, Toronto!
