Now that we’re gearing up for cooler, cozier days ahead, we’re ready to start looking forward to fall shopping and pop-up markets. And whether you’re a fan of pumpkins, spooky decor, sips of apple cider, or a combination of the three, you’ll find all of these and much more at these fall markets in Metro Vancouver.

Taste of Abby

While this one’s more of a fall food festival than a market, Taste of Abby is an annual tradition in Abbotsford that certainly warrants mentioning. From guided farm tours and foraging workshops to its first-ever night market (September 15th) – there will be plenty of family-friendly activities and delicious harvest bites to enjoy. And regarding the latter, visitors at Jubilee Park can enjoy a slew of live music, artisan shopping, and a ton of fall flavours from Abbotsford’s makers.

When: September 15th to 24th, night market on September 15th
Where: 2552 McCallum Road, Abbotsford
Cost: $35 for the night market

UBC Farm Fall Fair

From 10 am to 2 pm, visitors of the UBC Farm can take part in the fifth annual Fall Fair, which has plenty of farm-grown fruits and veggies and u-pick pumpkins to go around. As well, guests can enjoy live music, over 40 local vendors, a pie-eating contest and tasting, and fun activities for the kids.

When: Saturday, September 16th
Where: 3461 Ross Drive, UBC
