Vancouver luxury hotel to transform its rooftop into a garden party oasis

Calling all garden party enthusiasts! Fairmont Waterfront in downtown Vancouver is throwing an extravagant rooftop Garden Dinner Series that you won’t want to miss.

With three dates in June, July, and August, the luxury hotel plans to merge spring blooms and beekeeping activities with a spectacular dining experience.

Guests will dine under a canopy of twinkling lights and enjoy a different theme at each garden party, which extends to each menu as well.

According to organizers, each evening will begin with an interactive cocktail reception featuring the hotel’s exclusive gin line with Woodward Distillers.

Here, guests will be greeted with delectable canapes followed by an immersive garden and bee tour led by resident head gardener Carissa Kasper and chief beekeeper, Julia Common.
