There’s much more to do at Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic than just book a room. Between their stunning lobby bar and tea service, it’s hard to choose. But what if you could combine both in a brand new, limited time experience? It turns out you can thanks to Tea Noir.

Tea Noir is a new experience from Fairmont Olympic Hotel and a part of a new collection of boundary pushing experiences being offered at Fairmont properties around the country. Each participating property has it’s own unique event meaning only those in Seattle get to experience Tea Noir.

The experience runs from November 15th, 2022 until March 31st 2023.

Attendees can expect a “glamorous evening soirée featuring a playfully dark twist on high tea.” Your experience includes “uniquely crafted tea-infused cocktails” like the The Parlor Earl Grey Gin Martini, featuring Creamy Earl Grey Loose Leaf.

You can pair your cocktail with a tiered tower stand with tea-infused delicious bites like Washington State oysters and roasted shiitake mushroom with organic Egyptian Chamomile and Revitalize Tea smoked duck breast sandwich with hay roasted carrots and pickled stone fruit. It’s an unforgettable experience to sip and snack on tea like never before.

Reservations will be made available on Open Table and the event will take place at The George, the hotel’s restaurant and bar.
