Despite everything that our province has had to overcome in the last couple of years some companies are thriving and we love to see it – especially when they see their success as an opportunity to give back. This week, in celebration of those businesses that took care of their employees and their community, the organization behind Canada’s Top 100 Employers project announced their picks for Alberta’s Top Employers.

Annually awarded to those who curated meaningful programs and initiatives since 2006, this year’s winners are celebrated for lending a helping hand during a time when people needed it the most.

In addition to their initiatives, the organization also evaluated everything from the physical workplace and atmosphere, health financial and family benefits, time off, communications training and management to the community involvement of each company.
