The world’s largest international airline is hiring cabin crew in Vancouver this weekend

If you’ve always wanted to work for an international airline, now’s your chance. As the largest airline in the world, Emirates is seeking confident travel enthusiasts to join its global cabin crew, and an in-person hiring event will take place in Vancouver this weekend.

With additional recruitment days for cabin crew in Calgary and Toronto, Emirates aims to expand its Canadian cabin crew to serve its Canadian gateways in Toronto and Montreal, as well as dozens of routes worldwide. The airline has the largest fleet of Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s, and currently employs nearly 200 Canadian cabin crew members and 120 Canadian pilots.

Whether it’s waking up in Milan, dining in Singapore, or lounging on a Dubai layover, a cabin crew career with Emirates unlocks more than just a window seat. With tax-free income, paid accommodation in Dubai, and world-class training, it’s an ideal path for those looking to launch a life-changing career in aviation.

Benefits & perks

Here’s what’s in it for you. In addition to a wide range of competitive pay and benefits across its roles, Emirates offers employees a tax-free salary (and no income tax in the UAE), paid accommodation in Dubai, world-class training, comprehensive medical coverage, global lifestyle benefits, and exclusive travel perks for employees and their families.

Emirates also offers fast-tracked promotions and leadership opportunities across industries, including aviation, travel and air services, and catering.

Ready to dust off your resume? Those interested in applying are encouraged to pre-register for the Vancouver event. While walk-ins are accepted at Open Day events, it never hurts to make the application process easier.

The Cabin Crew Open Day will take place at The Hilton Metrotown on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 9 a.m.

More information about the range of opportunities at Emirates is available online.
