Beat the heat: All of the City of Toronto outdoor pools mapped

It’s going to be a hot one out there this weekend, Toronto. Forecasts are showing temperatures reaching the 30s, and that means one thing: time to hit the water. City of Toronto has a bunch of public pools that are free to access, so you can lounge, swim and stay out of the heat at no cost.

While there are outdoor pools all over Toronto, we’ve created a map so you can find your closest location and plan accordingly.

No more begging your friends with a condo pool to let you come over, am I right?

According to the City of Toronto, most outdoor pools will open on June 21 on a partial schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 4 to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

And June 27 on a full schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

This weekend marks the start of summer, and what better way to celebrate than by lounging poolside?

Stay cool in one of the City of Toronto pools and happy summer, everyone!
