Edmonton’s newest ghost kitchen specializes in all things ‘melty’

Heads up, food lovers! A new ghost kitchen has arrived in Edmonton, thanks to the folks over at The Parlour restaurant. Say hello to Meltdown, a concept that specializes in all kinds of ooey-gooey sandwiches. Let’s check it out!

Launched just last weekend, Meltdown’s menu features everything from a classic grilled cheese down to some truly impressive creations. Like the ‘Hangover Club Sandwich’, which uses grilled cheese sandwiches instead of boring old pieces of bread.

Or, you could try out the Mac Daddy, a glorious combination of homemade mac and cheese inside a grilled cheese sandwich. But, our top pick is the ‘Chuck Norris’, since the true original hamburger was presented in pieces of bread as well. Now, it’s time for an updated look.

We can’t wait to try one of these while hanging out at home and watching Netflix one night. So, keep this spot in mind next time you’re craving a great, hearty sandwich for a meal.
