If you’re looking for a spring activity, then we might just have the perfect option for you. This Thursday, the Edmonton Valley Zoo officially reopens to the public. And although it’s not completely open just yet, there’s still a lot to look forward to. Let’s check it out.

While the zoo waits for the province to move into Step 3 of the reopening plan, only outdoor exhibits will be available. Additionally, the zoo will be a one-way experience, with timed ticketing to make sure capacity is kept in check. But, there’s still a ton to see, including a newborn camel.

Plus, the zoo is offering discounted admission while the indoor exhibits are closed. We say head down there for a nice outdoor walk, then return later this spring/summer for the full experience. After all, we have a feeling that we’re heading for another summer of local exploration.

But, at least we’ve got a lot to do! The Edmonton Valley Zoo officially opens this Thursday. Click the link below for more info.
