Here are all the Edmonton spots participating in Filipino Restaurant Month this April

A brand new nationwide event is coming to Canada this April and it’s a celebration of Filipino cuisine. From April 1 to April 30, restaurants nationwide will participate in Filipino Restaurant Month for the very first time, including some in Edmonton!

The new festival, presented by Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) and the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, will allow Canadians to experience Filipino cuisine in a whole new way. And naturally, a few spots around Edmonton have joined the fun!

According to a press release, the menus at each of these spots will highlight “the unique variety of Filipino food, ingredients, chefs, and restaurants.” And we have to admit, they picked some great ‘ambassadors’ for the cuisine!

And, as a final bonus, those who do swing by and enjoy the prix-fixe menus at each of these spots could win a little something as well! Local prizes include up to $50 in gift cards, while national prizes include “domestic airfare within the Philippines, hotel/resort accommodations, and a day tour for two.”
