Edmonton Beerfest
Craft beer lovers in Edmonton absolutely have to visit (and sample) this huge beer fest coming to the city this spring!
Touching down at the Edmonton Expo Centre on March 7 -8, the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival is a celebration of excellent Canadian craft beer, and there’s truly so much to do and check out.
From local drinks and bites to nightly live music showcases, here’s how to prep and enjoy everything the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival has to offer for 2025.
With over 500 craft beer and food vendors, it’s no understatement to say the Edmonton Beerfest is one massive event. That’s why doing a lil’ bit of online searching can help narrow down your must-visit experiences, vendors and food spots!
You won’t want to miss out on a rocking performance from Tyler Braden at the Friday night afterparty, sudsy steins from local brew houses like Detention Brewing Co. and Dark Woods, or curated food selections from Flipside BBQ and lots of other local favs.
Now that you have your favourite vendors bookmarked, it’s time to purchase your tickets and get ready for the weekend.
Edmonton Beerfest is a jam-packed sampling weekend with a variety of ticket packages to make sure you enjoy the full experience. General admission packages ($64) offer $40 in sample drink tokens, after-party access, and a special commemorative sample mug to remember all the good times at Beerfest!
For just a couple extra dollars, why not treat yourself to the VIP Package ($79)?! Including early admission (bye-bye long lines), VIP lounges and private bathrooms, separate entrances, and one free admission to each beverage seminar — this is one way to fully immerse yourself and kick up your festival experience.
Now it’s the after-party time! The night only gets better at Edmonton Craft Beerfest’s special nightly parties, keeping the good vibes rolling after last call.
Friday night will sure to be a head-banging experience with country rocker Tyler Braden while electronic artist Sam Feldt brings the groovy house vibes on Saturday night. Dancing all night long gets even better with full-sized cans of refreshing Cold Garden and ByHendo!
We know you know this, but when the night finally comes to an end, it’s important to plan a safe ride home. Whether you arrange for Uber or taxi services, take public transit, or have a designated driver, getting home safe and sound will cap off this festival weekend.
Edmonton Beerfest is located near several public transportation stops, including the ETS LRT, and is only a 10-minute drive to and from downtown.
Hyped? We get it! Get ready to celebrate Canadian craft brewing and local sips and bites! Tickets for the Edmonton Beerfest are on sale now, visit the festival website to learn more and purchase.
