Toronto’s Eataly to launch brunch for the first time & it has tiramisu pancakes

Brunch lovers, we have a new menu to get excited about! Eataly announced a brand new brunch lineup and you aren’t going to want to miss out. From tiramisu pancakes to Benedettine, here’s what to expect from Eataly’s new brunch menu.

According to Eataly, “on Saturday, April 13. Just in time for Spring, La Piazza will serve brunch every weekend with a menu that has an Italian flair.”

This is the first time Eataly Toronto will be serving brunch every weekend and they’re going all out.

Hungry yet? Here’s what is on the menu:

• Tiramisù Pancakes: Pancakes, Tiramisù Crema, Cocoa powder, Topped tableside with Caffe Espresso
• Uova Benedettine: Poached Eggs, Prosciutto Cotto, Hollandaise Sauce, Spinach, Savoury Cornetto, Mixed Greens, Prosecco Vinaigrette
• Crostone di Avocado: Grilled Housemade Sourdough bread, Hass avocado, Hardboiled Egg, Whipped Ricotta, Breakfast Radish, Greens
• Pane, Burro e Marmellata: Toasted Housemade Rustic Bread, Mascarpone Butter, Apricot and Strawberry Jam
• Spaghetto alla Carbonara: Housemade Spaghetti, Crispy Guanciale, Conestoga Eggs, Pecorino Romano DOP
• Bistecca e Uova: PEI striploin, Sunny Side Up Conestoga Egg, Fried Yukon Gold Potato, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Mixed Greens, Prosecco Vinaigrette

Guests will also have the option to add-on brunch cocktails including Mimosas for the Table, Espresso Martini, Bellini Scarlatto, or a Hugo Spritz.
