Indoor dining has returned to this iconic Edmonton bakery

Duchess Bake Shop is easily the most popular bakery in Edmonton, whether you’re grabbing a quick snack before work or going all out on treats for weekend brunch. But, after two years of being closed for indoor dining, their main location has opened its doors once more!

In an announcement this week, Duchess Bake Shop confirmed that indoor dining has returned at their 124th Street location. They’re easing back into things, though. For the next little while, it’ll just be baked goods and drinks, but we shouldn’t have to wait too long until the lunch menu returns.

That’s not the only thing to look forward to, either! Duchess has also confirmed that outdoor seating will be available at both locations for this summer. Ahhh, we can imagine it now- it’s a sunny summer morning, and you’re meeting up with a pal for a croissant and coffee to get the day started. Perfection, plain and simple!

For the time being, though, we’re just happy that indoor dining is back here! Heck, we might just have to make a special trip down there this weekend to celebrate…
