There is no shortage of exciting things to do or see in and around the city but few activities will get your adrenaline pumping like downhill karting at Winsport in Calgary.
With more than 50 twists and turns, this 1,800-metre luge track is fun for everyone – no matter your age or experience behind the wheel.
Upon arrival, guests will be required to grab a helmet and choose how many rides they’d like to take.

Prices range from $6 for double riders and 2 passes, to $44 for an individual rider, 5 passes and a free photo – though there are also admission packages available for larger groups.
After you’re they’re paid up, you’ll then ride the chairlift to the top of the hill and race down either at your own speed or in tandem with your friends or family.
If you’d like to check it out, the track will remain open 7 days a week until September 5th, then between Thursday and Sunday until the 10th of October, when it closes for the season.
It won’t be long until leaves and snow cover the ground – so get over there while you can! Believe us when we say that it’s a total blast.
