Deloitte just opened a massive new building in Vancouver & they’re hiring

Heads up, job searchers! Deloitte Canada is hiring for positions in Vancouver, and the new BC headquarters just opened downtown! All the more reason to check out some open roles, if you ask us.

Three years in the making, the stunning new Deloitte Summit is now officially complete, fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and collaborative workspaces to foster high performance among its occupants.

“Deloitte Summit is our response to the changing workplace and demonstrates how business, government and community can collaborate under one roof to spark meaningful change,” says Anthony Viel, CEO Deloitte Canada. “Our vision to create the workplace of the future began many years ago, and Deloitte Summit is a culmination of the ideas, passion, and forward-thinking approach.”

The Deloitte Summit is the latest project from Westbank Corp., a developer that is undeniably changing the skyline of Vancouver. These are the folks behind the iconic Vancouver House, plus a handful of other notable projects around the city.

The design comes from the Tokyo-based OSO Architecture, with help from BC’s own Merrick Architecture bringing it to life. At 24 stories tall, the building features a design unique to Canada, using ‘stacked boxes’ to create a unique optical effect.

Powered and heated by 100% renewable energy, the 355,000-square-foot building incorporates rainwater recycling and waste management processes, and uses smart sensors for better energy savings.

As for open positions, Deloitte Canada is currently looking to fill 18 senior and management-focused roles in Vancouver, ranging from Mail & Print Services Coordinator to Senior Economic Advisory Manager.
