The new movie drops July 26th, 2024 and is directed by Canadian director Shawn Levy.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” stars Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Matthew Macfadyen.

The trailer opens with Reynold’s character Deadpool, whose real name is Wade Wilson, celebrating a birthday with his girlfriend Vanessa and some other familiar faces from the previous Deadpool movies such as Dopinder,  Peter and Shatterstar.

Fans know that Deadpool is now a part of the MCU but did not have the details on how, until now. The Time Variance Authority, a.k.a. The TVA, take the anti-hero and bring him into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as shown in the trailer.

Hugh Jackman’s character Wolverine doesn’t get a ton of screen time in the teaser, appearing just at the end, showing his claws as Deadpool asks for help.

While fans only get a glance at his silhouette, we’re left wondering how exactly the two will work together as it appears Wolverine attacks Deadpool at the end of the trailer.

In typical Ryan Reynolds fashion, the actor posted to social media writing “Has everyone seen the #Deadpool trailer? Also has anyone seen my wife?” poking fun at the fact his wife Blake Lively was at the Super Bowl with her close friend Taylor Swift.

This is a must-watch for Marvel fans, or anyone who wants a good laugh from Reynold’s witty character, Deadpool.
