Drake’s birthday means free sliders in Toronto & here’s where to get them

Toronto’s very own Drake is celebrating his birthday in the best way possible – with free food. Dave’s Hot Chicken will be serving up some free eats for one day only, next week.

On October 24th, Drake’s birthday, all Dave’s Hot Chicken locations in Toronto will hand out either a slider or tender, for absolutely free.

In order to get the freebie, all you have to do is show that you’re following the restaurant chain on Instagram or TikTok.

It’s as simple as that.

The chain announced its plans via Instagram earlier this week and it has already amassed over 44,000 likes at the time of writing.

No coupon or code is needed – you’ll have to go to the store to get your free eats as it’s not available online or on third-party delivery services.

And for those hoping they can grab a freebie for their friends, unfortunately for them it is limited to one slider per person. So if you’re hoping to get your hands on some free grub, make sure to show up on time.

Knowing Toronto, expect some lengthy line ups.

For those who may not know, back in 2021, Drake expanded his business portfolio and bought a stake in the Dave’s Hot Chicken chain.

The Canadian artist did the same giveaway last year and by the looks of it, it’s about to be an annual tradition.

So there you have it, our beloved Scorpio man Drake is making sure everyone eats – ESPECIALLY on his birthday.
