It’s out with the dust and in with the snow, but the city’s most ‘legendary’ festival is looking ahead to warmer weather and longer days! This week, the Cowboys Music Festival announced that they would be returning for 2023, but that’s not the only reason we’re feeling particularly toasty this morning!
While it may feel early to some, Cowboys also announced their very first headliner for next year’s festival and country fans are going to want to get their tickets ASAP!
Known for certified country bangers like Thinking ‘Bout You and Ridin’ Roads, Dustin Lynch will make some noise on July 6th – as announced on their Instagram this morning but this is just the beginning!
From Brett Kissel to Zedd, Snoop Dogg, G-Eazy, Nelly, Marshmellow, and Lil Nas X – the Cowboys tent has seen the likes of acts old and new, big and Iconic – and we have our hopes high for the rest of their lineup this summer.

Want to check him out? Warming up your clicking fingers, Calgary, because the presale goes live Thursday, December 15th at 10 am MST and then will be followed by the general sale, Friday, December 16th, 2022 also at 10 am MST.
If of course, you’d prefer to skip the mad dash for general admission, you can also purchase a festival pass, which includes express entry to ALL of their concerts all week long.
They’re not cheap – but you’ll be granted access to 10 days of fun and craziness assuming that you can keep up.
Either way, you’re going to want to take part, Calgary. It’s going to be a wild year.
