It may be patio season, but it doesn’t look like the sun has gotten the memo just yet. Thankfully, there are plenty of gorgeous covered patios in Vancouver to keep you dry, relaxed, and filled with delicious eats and drinks all season long. From bars to cafes to breweries – to every garden patio in between – there’s truly a spot for everyone on this list.

Let’s dive right in. Here are 10 amazing covered patios in Vancouver to check out this season.

Chupito & Cantina 189

Chupito’s is one of the best-hidden bars in Vancouver, located on the rooftop of Cantina 189. While the concept originated as a tented patio, this year, Chupito is going open-air. But there are still umbrellas covering every table – so it totally counts. With the return of their popular frozen margarita machine and charcoal-grilled eats, we doubt anyone will be focused on what’s going on in the sky.
