Calling all binge brunchers and cocktail lovers. Take your mid-morning outing to the next level with these tasty tips. We’re saying goodbye to the classic Mimosa or Caesar and indulging in a simply delicious Courvoisier Cognac cocktail.

Just ICYMI, the award-winning, legendary French Cognac house, Courvoisier, recently released two Cognac cocktail recipes— The Gala and The French Twist as an ode to its new We Found Joy campaign.

These lip-smacking libations are heaven in your mouth, thanks to Courvoisier’s smooth and famously floral liquid. The cocktails truly embody the brand’s Joie De Vivre spirit. Courvoisier celebrates and appreciates the moments in life that bring you the most joy – with friends, family, food, and conversation.

Brunch is one of life’s simple luxuries that allows you to celebrate the JOY in your life. Enjoying the company you’re with while indulging in a sweet or savoury brunch accompanied by your new favourite go-to cocktail.

The (almost) 200-year-old French Cognac house, recently worked with Bar St. Lo to introduce the Courvoisier Brunch Series. Fabulous city-goers scoped out brunch at the Bar St. Lo to enjoy its resto-bar inspired brunch menu alongside a refreshing mid-morning cocktail.

Showcasing Courvoisier’s VSOP and VS, each cocktail is meticulously blended, versatile, and beautifully balanced to bring unique flavours to The Gala and French Twist.

The Gala is served using Courvoisier’s VS. This bubbly cocktail is citrusy and sweet and has a fruity aroma of apples, pears, and grapefruit.

Pulling in the richness of VSOP, The French Twist is simple yet elegant and is stone fruit forward, resulting in a perfectly approachable brunch cocktail.

So, instead of following the status quo and ordering a mimosa at your next brunch outing remember to live your true Joie De Vivre with Courvoisier. Trust us, it pairs well with every delectable brunch menu and is a crowd pleaser.

Here’s to celebrating life and brunches with those you love, cocktails in hand!
