Get ready to raise your glass, because there’s an exciting new addition coming to Kenmore. Copperworks Distilling Co is officially opening its doors to the public, offering a fresh and inviting tasting room and cocktail bar experience.
In a statement shared with Curiocity, the new tasting room will open on Thursday, October 19th. The venue spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, and promises “over a dozen classic, craft, and carbonated cocktails” to suit every palate.
Keep in mind that beer and wine will not be served at this time as its tasting room license does not allow it.

The menu pays homage not only to Copperworks’ fine spirits but also to other Washington craft producers. You’ll find drinks like a negroni, martini, gin & tonic and many others on the menu..
As for the ambiance, the tasting room is fairly minimalist with an oak wood bar showcasing a selection of spirits. You’ll also notice rustic and industrial elements woven throughout the space, like large garage doors that open onto a cozy patio area with string lights and a pergola. Plus, don’t hesitate to bring your furry friends along, as pets are welcome in the outdoor seating area.
Indoors, you’ll find a range of seating options, from intimate 4-seater wooden tables to spacious farm-style tables for larger groups.
If you’re hungry, the tasting room will have a selection of rotating food trucks on site. And, if you’re particularly smitten with one of their spirits, you can take a piece of the experience home with you, as they offer bottle sales.
