The CNE is almost here and we’re ready for our beloved summer event! We’re ready to enjoy popular rides, games and even musical acts. And of course, the food. We’ve compiled a list of things of everything you should know ahead of the CNE.
Running until September 2, the CNE is ready to welcome the masses for two weeks of fun in the sun, deliciously wild food, engaging shows and so much more.
There’s so much to look forward to so make sure to get your tickets ready!

Admission
Tickets, tickets, get your CNE tickets! You can still get your hands on Advance Sale Admission Passes for the CNE until the end of the day on August 15th, 2024.
General Admission tickets start at $26.55 and it is important to note that HST is not included in the price. A $2.99 per ticket processing fee applies to online purchases.
New Attractions
This year’s attractions are bringing extreme sports to the forefront with a line-up of pro-skateboarders, BMX bikers and in-line skaters for The EX Games. “A massive 12ft half-pipe, will be the playground for some of the world’s best extreme athletes who will put on a high-flying show daily in front of the iconic Princes’ Gates,” shares the CNE.
The popular waterskiing show, CNE Aquarama, returns to Lake Ontario where you can see flips, spins, and human pyramids on the water.
Elvis Stojko is also back with an newAerial & Acrobatic Ice-Skating Show “ACTION!”. And of course, this year guests can marvel in the history of television at the MZTV Museum of Television Exhibit.

Wild food
In the past, the CNE has offered questionable creations like ketchup and mustard-flavoured ice cream, and even dill pickle cotton candy. So this year, don’t expect anything less!
As always, there are a ton of delicious options at the CNE this year, including new food vendors and food trucks.

Concerts
Two of the biggest groups throughout the 2000s will be hitting the stage: Indie rock sensation Manchester Orchestra and Toronto rap-rock group Down With Webster will be performing.
Other names like April Wine, soul singer Brittany Howard, the frontwoman of four-time Grammy-winning group Alabama Shakes, and Canadian country singer MacKenzie Porter will also be performing.
Big Boi, Grammy-winning rapper and one-half of the groundbreaking group OutKast, will also bring his high-energy show to the Bell CNE Bandshell on August 25. It’s about to be a crazy month!
