While the flavours are global, the ingredients are very much local. And the star of the show, obviously, happens to be 100% Canadian beef.

The limited-time menu features four drool-worthy delights. First off, there is the Korean-inspired Spicy Beef Bao. Made with gochujang braised beef, these fluffy buns are packed with bold flavours that are sure to please the pickiest palates.

Then there is the Sous Vide Filet. Served with beef tallow French fries, this dish is a true masterpiece that will leave you craving for more.

And to give your meal an excellent finish, there is the Belgian Chocolate Lava Cake (drool!). Decadent and rich, this chocolate beauty featuring lavender cremé anglaise is a true indulgence to satisfy your sweet tooth.

“I am fortunate to have been able to travel to various parts of the world, and on each trip, no matter the destination, I am fascinated by the cuisine. Specifically, how the ingredients may be the same as we have here, but the take on the dishes are completely different,” Chef Stephen explained. “Curating a menu to live up to the ‘Masters’ title was no easy feat, but I’m thrilled to finally be able to unveil these dishes to our valued guests.”

Chop Steakhouse & Bar’s Steak Masters menu is available at both, Vancouver and Richmond locations. The only drawback is that you have just 10 weeks to enjoy this menu. And trust us, you want to hog on as many times as you can while it lasts. Whether you’re a steak aficionado or an adventurous foodie, this menu is unmissable.

So, head over to the Chop Steakhouse & Bar website below to explore the limited-time menu and make your reservations.
