Chick-fil-A is opening their first drive-thru location in Edmonton

Another day, another Chick-fil-A! This month, the brand will open another restaurant in the Edmonton area—the very first with a drive-thru option.

After the success of their first location in West Edmonton Mall, Chick-fil-A will soon open another, this time at South Edmonton Common at 2060-99 Street NW.

Best known for their chicken sandwiches, hand-spun milkshakes, and waffle fries, those who have yet to sink their teeth into their tasty offerings will be able to do so on Thursday, November 21st, 2024.

In addition to its menu, which includes its world-famous items, the restaurant will also do some good for the community.

Not only will they be participating in the Shared Table program, an initiative that redirects surplus food to those in need, but Chick-fil-A will donate about $34,000 to a local non-profit through the hunger relief organization, Second Harvest.

They will also hire between 100 to 120 full-time and part-time team members.

Chick-fil-A will open next week and will operate between 10:30 am and 10 pm, Mondays through Saturdays.
