Few things in this world are as satisfying as a heaping plate of pasta, and this GTA restaurant has figured out a way to take our favourite comfort food to the next level. Mississauga’s Posta Italbar serves pasta in a flaming Parmigiano wheel and the description alone has our mouths watering.
The parm wheel pasta is available a la carte or as a three-course chef’s menu on weekends by reservation only. You’ll be served a steaming plate of house-made Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe prepared tableside in the flaming wheel of aged DOP Parmigiano-Reggiano.
The pasta is then bathed and coated in a generous helping of melted parm, ideal for sharing as an appetizer or as a main dish.
