In Toronto, there are a handful of spots where you don’t have to spend a lot to have a good time. Here are the best (and most fun) places to visit for a cheap night out in Toronto.

Pennies everyday menu is already considered very reasonable in terms of pricing but if you’re looking for an even cheaper night out, every Tuesday all top-shelf bottles are set at bottom-shelf prices aka half off!

This King Street gem is the perfect place for a night out with friends.
Happy hour is every day from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM and again from 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM with half-price tequila, $7 margaritas and $4 classic tacos!

Gusto 101 & Gusto 501
Get your night out started with a glass of wine (or two).
Gusto 101 and Gusto 501 have $1 an ounce wine on their house red and white all day every day – I’ll take 15 ounces for $15 bucks, please!

According to Wide Open’s Instagram, they are “Toronto’s #1 dive bar” with “cheap drinks, great times, 7 days a week.”

Another popular dive bar is Sweaty Betty’s!
This Ossington gem always has cheap drinks and drag shows on the weekends. You won’t have to break the bank to have a good time here.

King Taps
King Taps is always a good idea and they have a new happy hour!
Every day from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and again from 9:00 PM – close cocktails are priced at $10, pizza is 50% off, select beers are $5 and bottles of wine are half off.

Bar Hop has a handful of locations all over the city including Peter and King Street!
This joint has daily specials including beer and a burger for $24 on Thursdays and half-price wine bottles on Sundays.
