Castles, boats & treehouses: Alberta has a fairytale resort & it looks totally magical

Alberta is an enchanting province, but few destinations have captured its magic quite like Charmed Resorts.

Located just outside of Lethbridge, this fairytale-inspired gem opened in 2020 and, since then, has expanded to include 16 incredible cottages with another location on the way.

From Rapunzel to Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan and Snow White, some of your favourite children’s stories have been represented beautifully – but don’t be mistaken. Charmed is for people of all ages!

Here, guests young and old can enjoy homely amenities including a kitchenette, bathroom, and of course, a warm bed in every cabin.

In addition, many rentals include a wood-fired hot tub and a fireplace – so choose carefully!

Our only advice? Book ASAP because they can get pretty busy, especially when the weather is beautiful.

For more information about the resort or If you’re interested in reserving a spot for as little as $179/per night, check out the link below and stay tuned because it won’t be long until we get more information on their upcoming beach resort in Mulhurst Bay on Pigeon Lake.

Good luck, Alberta and maybe we’ll see out there! We’ve been told we’re a wonderful neighbour.
