Exceptional Sleepers Wanted: Popular mattress company is hiring & you get paid to sleep on the job

When sleeping on the job is a requirement, you know you’ve hit the jackpot. Popular mattress brand Casper is now looking for “exceptional” sleepers to literally get paid to doze off.

The New York-based company is hiring part-time “Casper Sleepers” to sleep in their stores, in unexpected settings in the world, and make content.

“Join the Casper Sleepers and show off your sleeping skills in public, on social and anywhere else people are looking,” reads the job posting. “So join us to literally sleep on the job because we believe a good sleep changes everything.”

Casper is looking for someone who, A) has the desire to sleep as much as they possibly can, B) can sleep through anything and C) be willing to capture content in front or behind the camera.

Although sleeping may seem like the biggest perk of the job, there are more. Casper Sleepers must wear their comfiest PJs as it is dress code, of course. On top of that, they also get free, limited Casper products.

The brand says it is looking for a candidate with NYC residence, but it is not required.
