The most wonderful time of the year has officially begun at Canada’s Wonderland. WinterFest is now open for the season, transforming the amusement park into a breathtaking holiday experience.
This one-of-a-kind event is full of fun and festive activities, including ice-skating on Snow Flake Lake, live shows, millions of spectacular lights, and hundreds of sparkling trees throughout the park.
There are over 40 attractions across eight themed areas, with magical sights and experiences around every corner.

Kids (and kids at heart!) will love the on-site Christmas crafts like writing letters to Santa, cookie decorating with Mrs. Claus, and shopping for charming holiday gifts.
There’s also a nightly tree-lighting ceremony, an igloo village filled with private dining domes you can reserve, a rustic-style Lazy Bear Lodge with food and drinks, a stunning indoor show at Canterbury Theatre, more amusement park rides than ever!
No festival is complete without food, and Wonderland is really delivering this year, with over 100 tasty delights!
In addition to all of the Christmas dinner staples you can handle — we’re talking turkey, stuffing, and mouthwatering sides — there is also a glorious array of desserts, over-the-top Candy Cane and Gingerbread Funnel Cake, pulled turkey nachos, bacon on a stick, sweet and savoury poutine, flatbreads, and bread bowls. That includes many vegan and vegetarian options too.
As for drinks, you will be spoiled for choice with hot chocolates of all kinds, mulled wine, and spiked cider infused with snickerdoodle cookies.
There’s also a large variety of cool drinks, like lemonade, chilly slushies, milkshakes, and more.
