The judging panel includes informed culinary enthusiasts, food writers and critics, chefs, restaurateurs and other food service professionals.

Taking top spot for 2024 is Montreal restaurant, Mon Lapin serving up “inventive and delicious fare, all the seasonal favourites on an ever-changing menu by chefs Marc-Olivier Frappier and Jessica Noel.”

Montreal accounted for 25 restaurants, with Vancouver taking 18 spots.
