When the borders are open and we’re all able to travel again, where will you go first? From the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, the Philippine Sea to Hudson’s Bay there are some incredible places to visit. Take Riviera Maya for example, this June, 90s babies will practically go back in time at the new Nickelodeon Resort and Hotel in Mexico.

This place has everything, from a “slime” pool, a pineapple suite, a Bikini bottom bar, private infinity pools, and moonlight pizza parties.

With 280 very private oceanfront rooms, Mexico’s largest water park (which features 2,000 sq ft of water slides), a spa, lazy river, and a few pretty cool restaurants, this place is every adult child’s dream. Unfortunately, dreams don’t come cheap.

According to their website, while prices are set to begin around $577 CAD per night, a quick rate and date check will show nothing available for less than $1,200 per night – and that’s just for a run of the mill suite (themed rooms start at $11,668.10). Now, this does include airport transfers, your food, and drinks, but still… Wowza.

Of course, some of you might still be interested in checking out, so here’s a link to the Nickelodeon Hotel and Resort website. Maybe by the time you get around to reading this, rates will have gotten cheaper! Stranger things have happened. We’ll keep our fingers crossed for you!
