Calgarians, without a doubt, love 3 things. Getting to wear jeans to work during Stampede week, complaining about construction and E-Scooters.

According to the city’s website, since launching the shared mobility pilot project in October of  2018, 200,000 Lime, Bird and Roll users have taken 1.9 million trips in total.

In fact, for 2 years in a row, Lime has confirmed that out of all 130 cities across the world where they operate, Calgary used them the most. Wowza!

Now – because they have been so well received – the city’s transportation department has even asked the city to consider allowing them on streets that do not have any painted lines, with the exception of roads in the inner city area, of course. That would be dangerous.
