A free tech expo and job fair is happening in Calgary this May

It is no news that the tech sector in the city is growing and so are the tech jobs in Calgary. And if you are looking to start or grow your career in tech or hoping to switch to tech, Platform Calgary has just the thing for you. The popular tech non-profit, in partnership with Tech West Collective, is hosting a tech expo and job fair in Calgary. Enter: DiscoverTechYYC!

The expo and job fair brings together more than 60 tech companies who are looking for new hires under one roof. Meaning, you can learn from and connect with people who are actually working and thriving in the Calgary tech industry.

In addition to the job opportunities, the tech job fair also brings tons of learning opportunities. You can connect with skill-building organizations and post-secondaries offering educational pathways and training opportunities.

You can listen in on panel discussions. And you can engage with companies doing some seriously cool stuff to get inspired yourself.
