The home on the property is pretty darn nice as well. Built in 2009, it uses a Scandinavian-inspired design to maximize natural light and open spaces. It’s not exactly the most modern home we’ve covered, but, it definitely strikes a nice balance between design and functionality.
Speaking of functionality, it would be a supremely easy place to live. Throughout the 4,800 sq. ft. of space, you’ve got 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it a great choice for a family or someone who likes to have guests every weekend (and trust us, they’ll want to come).
There are a couple of extra bonuses already, like an outdoor kitchen for summertime BBQs and a very well manicured garden, you know, just in case you get a little bored of the ocean.
