Warmer days are finally on their way! While we get pretty mild weather to begin with, that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth celebrating that spring is around the corner. This year, spring officially kicks off in a few weeks, on Tuesday, March 19th. If you’re getting a head-start on your social calendar, here’s a look at some of the biggest concerts and festivals in Seattle this spring.

Taste Washington

Taste Washington is the best way to celebrate all things Washington! The signature festival event, The Grand Tasting, takes place this year on March 11th & 12th at the Lumen Field Event Center. There you’ll find more than 200 wineries and over 50 restaurants showcasing their food and drinks.

The Big Taste

How does trying new drinks for a good cause sound? The Big Taste will bring together over 100 wines, beers, ciders, and spirits from the Pacific Northwest in support of the 2 non-profits, Outdoors for All and We Heart Seattle.

Seattle’s French Fest: A Celebration of French-Speaking Cultures

Seattle Center Festál is bringing the “Seattle’s French Fest: A Celebration of French Speaking Cultures” in partnership with France Education Northwest (FEN).

Seattle’s French Fest celebrates the diversity of traditions, ideas, dialects, and more, that comprises French-speaking cultures around the world.

Moisture Festival

The Moisture Festival is back in a big way this year! Enjoy high-energy comedy/varieté shows, all accompanied by a live show band. Aerialists, acrobats, jugglers, physical comedians, clowns, magicians, dancers, musicians, and burlesque artists are just the beginning!

Tim McGraw Concert

Tim McGraw is brining his 2024 Standing Room Only Tour to Seattle! Get ready to catch McGraw and Grammy® Award winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce, who will join the Standing Room Only Tour on all dates as direct support.

WWE Monday Night Raw

Climate Pledge Arena is set to get a three-hour show from the Wrestling promotion WWE Monday Night Raw. The show is advertised to feature Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor and United States Champion Austin Theory, and many more!

Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival

Spring is indeed along the horizon! And with it comes flowers blossoming, and spring festivities. One of those is the Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival, which is coming back this April.

The festival happens each year at Seattle Center, to celebrate the cherry blossoms as well as Japanese culture.

Disney’s ALADDIN

Seattle International Film Festival

The 50th annual Seattle International Film Festival is taking place this May. Celebrate cinema in SIFF theaters and venues throughout the city May 9–19, 2024, followed by a week of select films streaming on the SIFF Channel May 20–27.

Melanie Martinez Concert

Multi-Platinum alternative-pop phenom Melanie Martinez is taking off on The Trilogy Tour in 2024. The tour will include hits from all three of her groundbreaking albums: Cry Baby, K-12, and Portals.

Rolling Stones

If you love The Rolling Stones and have always wanted to see them perform live, the iconic rock band is back on the road in 2024 with a new North American tour celebrating the release of their newest album, Hackney Diamonds. U District Street Fair

The U District Street Fair returns for its 53rd year to kick-off Seattle’s summer event season with a 10 block-long arts and crafts fair that takes over University Way. The two-day event will also feature free live music and performances, and over 40 food trucks and booths.

Folklife

Folklife has long been a tradition at Seattle Center and is back for its 53rd year! This year’s cultural focus and theme is Meraki. Meraki marks the 3rd chapter of a 5-year Cultural Focus storyline. Meraki derives from the Greek language and means doing something with passion, soul, and love.
