If you’re looking to dine somewhere Michelin-approved in Vancouver but don’t want to splurge too much, the Bib Gourmand category is a great place to start.
According to the MICHELIN Guide, the award is granted to restaurants that offer the best value for the money – with price limits in place depending on a country’s cost of living. So a restaurant that has earned a Bib Gourmand not only boasts a high-quality menu, but a decent price point.
In Vancouver, there are five new additions to the Bib Gourmand list as of October 2023 (in addition to a new One Star restaurant): Farmer’s Apprentice, Karma Indian Bistro, Motonobu Udon, Seaport City Seafood and Sushi Hil.
