An immersive King Tut exhibit is coming to Vancouver this November (PHOTOS)

We know November feels like light years away, but it’ll actually be here before we know it. And we’re definitely marking our calendars for the Canadian premiere of Beyond King Tut, an immersive King Tut exhibit.

Beyond King Tut commemorates the one-hundred-year-old discovery of King Tut’s tomb in 1922 by archaeologists in Egypt. You don’t need to be a history buff to meet the Egyptian Gods of the Underworld or travel with King Tut in his quest for immortality!

National Geographic has partnered with Paquin Entertainment Group and Immersive Experiences to map out a photo-realistic version of his tomb and treasures, so get ready to be transported back some 3,000 years ago. There will be nine galleries in total to explore!

In addition to exploring the Valley of the Kings, visitors will be able to experience many other locations in modern and ancient Egypt. Relive one of the greatest discoveries in history, meet Ra and Anubis, and more.

Tickets are currently on sale for $31.99+ for adults and $23.99 for children ages 5-15 (plus ticketing fees). Guests can change the time and date of their tickets at no extra cost.

As always, stay tuned via their socials for all the deets!

We’ll catch you at the tombs, Vancouver.
