The return of 12 egg omelet: Green Lake’s iconic Beth’s Cafe has reopened

Since 2020, Seattle lost many of its classic businesses with some closing their doors for the foreseeable future, which included Beth’s Cafe. The cafe originally closed in October of that year, reopening briefly in July 2021 before closing down again in September 2021. That means many Seattleites have been waiting over a year and a half to know the fate of the iconic cafe.

Well, the good news is that Beth’s Cafe is back, and just as great as you remember. The cafe opened on February 1st, and still has the same vibe but without one key element, it’s no longer 24 hours. That being said, we’re just happy to see the cafe return even if it’s no longer the late-night spot to grab pancakes, eggs, burgers, and all your other favorite cafe and diner items.

Beth’s is open now so there’s no need to wait, simply head over to Greenlake and rejoice that yet another classic business has reopened.
