These BC companies are the best places to work in 2022

Looking for a new job and coming up empty? Great Place to Work just released its list of the best workplaces in BC for 2022, so if you need a fresh start in the search process, why not start here?

ICYMI, Great Place to Work ranks the best workplaces in each province every year. To be eligible, organizations must create an “outstanding” employee experience and workplace culture, and undergo the two-step process to becoming Great Place to Work Certified. This certification is globally recognized, giving companies an extra edge while hiring. In fact, 90% of employees agree that accreditation is a key factor when choosing a company to work for.

Finally, qualifying companies must also be headquartered in their respective provinces with at least 15 employees. In BC, employees had the opportunity to rate their employers, which GPTW factors in with their overall Trust Index Score.
