Folks, the forecast is not looking amazing this weekend, but we’re not about to let it rain on our proverbial parade. Especially when there’s so much going on around the city, from classic attractions to must-see shows and yes, even some zanier options. Let’s check it out!

Here are the 10 best things to do in Edmonton this weekend.

ROYAL CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS

A big top has rolled into town, and its final day in the city just so happens to be Sunday. Prepare yourself for a few hours of world-class acts, from acrobatics to jugglers to contortionists. Plus, use the code “WEM” while booking for buy one get one on GA!

BEAUMONT BLUES AND ROOTS FESTIVAL

EDMONTON ELKS

FC EDMONTON

Football is back, baby! Wait… didn’t we just say that? Either way, FC Edmonton will be facing off against Atletico Ottawa this weekend, for a little Father’s Day sports option!

JPEGMAFIA

ART GALLERY OF ALBERTA

Two new exhibitions have arrived at the AGA! One sheds light on Haiti’s relationship to the world, while the other focuses on J’ouvert, a Trinidadian carnival dating back to the 18th century. Not exactly simple enough for kids to understand, so great as a more adult-oriented outing.

IMAGINE MONET

After over a year of waiting, this acclaimed immersive art exhibit has finally landed in the city! Enjoy the works of one of the world’s best painters, in a level of detail that rivals actually, you know, booking a flight to France to see them in person.

That’s what we’ve got in mind this weekend, Edmonton!
