Pride month is here and we’re ready to celebrate! And the best way to do so is by showing some love at local events. We’ve compiled a list of some of the best Pride Month events happening in Toronto this June.
From club events to social gatherings, walks, markets and more, there’s a little bit of everything for all to enjoy. Though these are just a few ideas to get you started, we encourage you to check out what’s happening in your community this month and celebrate the best way you can.

Night at the Aqueerium
The annual Night at the Aqueerium event is back at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada on June 16th. The Aquarium will be transformed into an underwater rainbow wonderland with drinks, drag performances music and a dance floor!
“With full access to all aquarium exhibits you can get up close and personal to sharks, jellyfish and even pet a stingray,” shares organizers. “But keep your eyes peeled because you might spot some of Toronto’s most stunning drag queens and kings making their way through the building. These sea stars are sure to make a splash with their performances!”

BACKYARD Part 2: Pride Celebration
BACKYARD is back at Toronto’s stackt market and they’re dedicating a one day out of its five-day
STACKT’s 5-part summer festival celebrating community + culture is returning for 2023. Vendor markets, music, food specials, performances, workshops + more.
When: June 17 from 2 PM to 10 PM

House of the Drag
Kick-off Pride Month at The House of the Drag with five of Toronto’s best kings and queens, Tickets are $19, so get yours before it’s too late.
When: June 2nd, 2023 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Queer Space Trivia Night
Trivia fans, this one is for you! Think you got what it takes to face a load of questions? Come solo or in a team of up to six people and face off to win a special prize. There will be complimentary food, non-alcoholic drinks and a cashless cash bar for alcoholic drinks.
Pay what you can and be there when doors open at 6:30 PM. Trivia games will begin at 7 PM and end around 8:30 PM.

Stand for Love Party
In honour of pride month, W Toronto is hosting an exciting day party featuring performances and cocktails in Skylight’s rooftop oasis and patio. The Stand For Love Party will feature queens Sofonda Cox, the Virgo Queen, Tash Riot and DJ sets with Sophie Jones. Instead of having to pay cover, donate what you can at the door in support of CANFAR. Book now to reserve.
This party is also the first to kick off the terrace opening for the city! Now you just have to go!

Pooch Pride: March n’ Market
Save Our Scruff is gathering up the city’s LGBTQ+ community and allies for a walk-and-shop experience like no other. Enjoy a stroll through Trinity Bellwoods towards a market featuring “queer-led brands”, this Saturday.
The event begins at 11:30 AM and will make its way to HomeCourt at 178R Ossington Ave., for an afternoon of music, snacks, drinks, and, of course, shopping. Bring your pooch and enjoy the stroll.

Not Another Gay Pride Party
Can’t make it down to the village? No problem! Check out the Parkdale Hall on June 24th for another club event you don’t want to skip. DJs Sophie Jones and Geoff Kelleway will play tunes all night long. Get your tickets now for this 19+ event.

Hide and Seek x PRIDE SATURDAY
Ready to party? Head over to Catherdral for the ultimate Queer party for 2SLGBTQIA+ women and the allies. “As always there will be surprise performances and the DJs you love spinning the best in Hip Hop x Club Anthems x Reggaeton x Top 40 x Soca x Reggae x Afrobeats and everything in between,” shares organizers.

Indo-Caribbean Pride Social
Get ready for one of the HOTTEST events of the month. The Indo-Caribbean Canadian Association is hosting their 2nd annual Pride Summer Social at The Well. Dance ’til you can’t any more with the sounds of Soca and Chutney music to Bollywood. And don’t forget about the food and drinks, including a special performance you don’t want to miss. Tickets start at $15 and includes a welcome drink, a swag bag and light fare. Snag your tickets before it sells out.

Pride Party Cruise #Biggest Pride Cruise Party
Take part in the biggest Pride cruise party in the city. Journey through the Inner Harbour, Island Lagoons, and enjoy Toronto’s skyline on The Empress of Canada. Catch a drag show, belly dancing performance, and dance all night long on the three-level vessel. Get your tickets online and be ready to mingle.
