The longlist for the Best New Restaurants in Canada is out

Looking for something new to try? Alongside our own recommendations, we can’t help but let you know that the longlist for the Best New Restaurants in Canada this year is out! Published by Air Canada enRoute, the list has been a who’s who of notable openings across the country for two decades.

Originally put out in 2002, the Best New Restaurants list sends out an undercover writer to new restaurants across Canada. Yeah, it’s kind of like a national, of-the-moment Michelin Guide, to ensure that potential spots don’t go all out trying to impress.
