Luckily, MoneySense, in partnership with Zoocasa, has just released a list of the very best neighbourhoods in Edmonton to buy real estate – and as it turns out, the NW is the place to be.

Ranked based on data collected at the end of March, as well as a number of interviews conducted over the winter months, Zoocasa determined that the community of Terwillegar South is the top dog for 2023.

With a benchmark price of $339,368, the area has gotten a lot of attention in the previous years, is considered to be fairly family-friendly and is considered fairly accessible by most.

In second, they found that Terwillegar Towne would also be beneficial to buyers, followed by The Hamptons, Sherwood Park and Haddow.
