Not only did Anh and Chi usher in a new era of contemporary (and vegan) Vietnamese cuisine to the city, but they’ve also set a new standard for how you get to enjoy it – surrounded by beautiful vines, twinkling lights, and a fire pit. Our only advice? Come hungry and do not skip out on the spring rolls.
