Baro will completely transform all four of its floors to honour the annual celebration. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
-
- First Floor: Enjoy the Enmolada de Pollo by Executive Chef, Brent Maxwell. Slow-cooked chicken thighs in a Puebla-style mole with crema, lettuce, queso fresco, sesame seeds, and lime.
- Second Floor Tequila Takeover: Take part in an immersive tequila party courtesy of Don Julio at Pablo’s Snack bar.
- Third Floor Dance Party: Stop by the third floor for the biggest dance party featuring Latin Artists and DJ’s thanks to entertainment company Barrio Toronto Latinos. It’s a ticketed event so make sure to get yours before it’s too late.
- Fourth Floor: Join Baro on the fourth floor from 5 PM to 8 PM for a traditional Mexican game called Loteria while wine-ing and dining.
And don’t forget about the mariachi that’ll serenade and entertain the guests throughout the night.
This is one night you won’t want to miss out on.
