Attention, foodies of Toronto. A highly-anticipated new restaurant called Bar Prima is opening its doors on Queen Street West this month.
Headed by famed chefs Craig Harding and Julian D’Ippolito, as well as Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Iaboni, Bar Prima will surely be an instant hot spot when it opens on October 20th.
It’s described as “the neighbourhood Italian restaurant you’ve always dreamed of,” with a “luxurious atmosphere that evokes a sense of timelessness and nostalgia.”
“From Italian disco-inspired music to vintage design touches, Harding and D’Ippolito have curated a space that feels as though it’s been there forever,” says a new press release from the restaurant.
The dimly-lit dining room will have a charming old-school feel, the perfect setting for gathering with friends over delicious Italian cuisine.
Even the eye-catching amber glass facade of the restaurant was hand-made in Murano, Italy.
Bar Prima will be serving up elevated and refined takes on Italian classics, crafted to suit the elegant surroundings.
Situated in West Queen West next to The Drake Hotel, the location is pretty ideal too.
With the opening just days away, new photos of the refined space and delicious culinary offerings have been released.
