Have you wanted to try Bainbridge Island’s Ba Sa but haven’t found the time to get across the water? You’re in luck because Ba Sa is coming to Seattle. Yes, you read that right! Trinh and Thai Nguyen, the sibling chef-owners of Bainbridge Island favorite Ba Sa, are hopping the ferry to Seattle for a two-night pop-up at Phocific Standard Time this spring.
Sister duo Yenvy and Quynh Pham opened Phocific Standard Time in October of 2022 and it’s quickly become a favorite of Seattleites. It’s located above their downtown location of Pho Bac and gives locals a speakeasy-style spot to enjoy unique and creative cocktails that feature Vietnamese ingredients and flavors.
