Vancouver-born fashion retailer Aritzia just revealed its plans for a new flagship boutique in downtown Vancouver, and although it’ll be a little while before it officially opens, it’s going to be major, and it’s located in a familiar spot.

Spanning approximately 40,000 square feet and four floors, the new flagship will sit at the intersection of Robson and Howe, in the spot formerly occupied by Nordstrom at Pacific Centre. This marks one of the brand’s most expansive and immersive retail locations to date!

Founded in 1984, Aritzia prides itself on being style-forward instead of trend-driven, offering everyday luxury and personalized shopping experiences to shoppers at over 140 boutiques across North America. The new flagship joins four of Aritzia’s largest boutiques, which can be found across New York and Chicago, bringing the brand’s presence in Western Canada up to par.

With details inspired by the Pacific Northwest, the new Vancouver location will showcase Aritzia’s most comprehensive collection of styles for every function and individual aesthetic.

In addition to shopping, visitors of the new boutique will also be able to enjoy a “casual, yet elevated” dining experience at a new concept opening within the flagship, so stay tuned for more info on that to come!

“Vancouver is where our story began, and we’re thrilled to bring an even more impactful Aritzia experience to the heart of the city with our new Pacific Centre Flagship,” says Jennifer Wong, CEO of Aritzia. “Expanding our collection of iconic flagships, this boutique represents an exciting step in our growth strategy as we continue to build our presence in North America and beyond.”

According to Aritzia, further design plans and details are actively being developed, with the Flagship Boutique at CF Pacific Centre to open sometime in 2027.

Stay tuned for more details to come, Vancouver.
