An immersive floral-filled dining experience is arriving in Seattle this July

We’re all about limited-time dining experiences. They’re a great way to try inventive, fresh, and often in-season eats from amazing local and international chefs. That’s why we’re super excited about Cafe Nordo’s Bloom! dining experience. The menu is full of amazing local and in-season ingredients with a beautiful setting.

Nordo’s Bloom! menu was of course created by Chef Erin Brindley and was “inspired by the undeniably hopeful feeling of new growth and transformation in the air after an impossibly difficult year”. The menu is a multi-course pre-fixe dinner and even includes live music. All of the dishes feature amazing ingredients full of the Pacific Northwest’s early summer bounty. Not only are they tasty but they’re also beautiful.

This isn’t your regular old dining experience, no, Cafe Nordo went all out and created three stunning Escher-esque rooms. They’re each full of their own unique blooms and were uniquely designed by designers and artists complete with specialized lighting. This means you can either opt for the per head dining experience or rent out the whole room for up to eight people if you feel like going big.

Now you’re probably curious about what exactly is on the menu. Some of the dishes include things like the “Chrysalis” a dish inspired by the Monarch Butterfly. It’s a fresh roll cocoon filled with black garlic, sesame, mango, radish, cucumber,
and butterfly pea noodles served with a mint sauce. See? Pretty dang amazing.
